Suiton: Mizurasen (Water Release: Spiraling Water)-Concentrates a large amount of water into a compact chakra ball. It will explode with a great force on contact it is only known by Hideoki.
Suishouha (Water Collision Destruction)-Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at their target.
Baku Suikugi no Jutsu (Exploding Water Nails Technique): A ninjutsu using the water element. After performing the needed hand seals, the user can make nails explode from any body of water such as a stream, river, lake or Mizu Bunshin. The size and strength of the nails depends on the size of the water source and strength of the user

Hmm...the last 2 jutsus are fine, but I'm not sure whether or not I should allow the first jutsu. It just seems like a variation of Naruto's wind rasengan to me. I will discuss this with Anko and I'll let you know later, but the second 2 jutsus are accepted.
