You must be the admin of your own site.
The site must be complete and must not just copy another site.
If we think the site is very good, then you might not have to meet the requiements.
Also please if you wish to affilate please have mini banners at least 88x31. If not they will not be accepted.
We cannot affiliate with you if you do not have a mini-banner.
