Tama Ranpu (Ball of Light)
The user concentrates chakra into his hand until it becomes a visible life. It's good for seeing in dark places.
Ranpu Shushin (Light Body Flicker)
The user seems to disappear with a bright flash as chakra is concentrated on the joints so the user can make a quick get away or simply a change in location.
Giragira (Bedazzle)
After a few quick handseals, multiple flashes of light are created along with one huge blast of light than blinds everyone in the battlefield. This attack is a good distraction and can be used to temporarily blind an opponent before attacking.
Tsuyatsuya Dou (Bioluminescence)
The user concentrates chakra around their skin until they become glow-in-the-dark.
Rei Ranpu (Heated Ray of Light)
After performing a medium length set of hand seals, the user holds out their hand with their index and middle finger pointing out. A highly concentrated light ray comes out, lightly burning whatever it touches. This ray can be expanded by spreading out the two fingers. This technique is especially effective in sensitive areas of the body or to cause fires.
Kikou Ranpu (Armor of Flashing Light)
After the user performs a few handseals, the body becomes charged with chakra at the skin. Whenever the opponent comes in contact with the user, the flash of light is emitted. This jutsu doesn't require extra handseals to be used, the chakra continuously charges and emits flashes with each impact between the user and opponent.

A genjutsu that causes the opponent to see multiple light flashes until they have an epileptic attack. This technique must be kai-ed out quickly because once the epileptic attack comes on, it is very hard to break.
