Desrciption: One of Orochimaru's jutsu that Anko learned during her time with me. Though not a jutsu that she used very often. When this jutsu is used a strong wind well first be felt around the user and ther target oppenets. Then the wind around the user well formed blades from the user's chraka.

Desrciption: First the user performs the needed hand signs around an area of water. After the signs are complete the water around the user forms into a 7ft serpent and launchs towards an oppenet. Before the serpent strikes at the user the serpent grows larger and blasts itself into the oppenet.
