An evening stroll...

[Hyuuga Hanabi]

The evening was suprisingly quiet, and lonesome. This was unusual, because Konohagakure was known for a large population, and that meant there were "night owls" Roaming the streets, for who knows what. The evening was nice though, for there were few shop owners out, exchanging things with others, without a large session of argueing.

On Hokage street, you'd usually see a large crowd of people, trying to scamper in the Tower for Tsunade-sama. This time though, only few people stalked the tower, which brought a look of annoyance from Hanabi. She would usually check out the new shops that were getting ready to open, but there were none. She loved that part of day, when there was always something to do, but it seemed that this day was different.

On her stroll near the Konoha gardens, Hanabi took a gander at the fountain. Usually there were people that broke the rules, by bathing in the fountain. This time, there was a kid who sat near the fountain, depressed. The Hyuga really didnt care whatsoever, since he wasnt a ninja, and that he was mining his on business. Hanabi grinned at the sight of the cherry blossoms, floating along the air currents. Near the blossoms were plenty of trees, which brought hapiness to Hanabi.

"These trees were usually a friend of mine, even though they didnt even speak. I always told them secrets, and they promised not to tell anyone. Boy, I was pretty childish. I always thought I was the mature one, but alas no." The Hyuuga frowned, overlooking her reflection as she sat on the edge of the fountain.

[Mitarashi Anko]

What a wonderful night it was for a little midnight walk throughout Konoha. Though it wasn't something Anko would do since she had suddenly woke up from a terrible nightmare. Glancing over at her clock it was almost midnight. With a deep sigh she decided to get up and get out of the house she needed some fresh air anyways. Not really consider about her hair she quickly put up in her usual style and grabing her coat which hanged along the left her door. Just as she was getting ready to up the door she sighed once more with a quick yawn.

Finally getting her sorry butt out the door she glacned around to see that were wasn't many people hanging around her apartment complex. Normally there was her neighbor who would always sat up and smoke a few cigarttes. Though he wasn't out tonight she raised her shoulders and jumped down landing safty on the ground. With that she continued her walk as she calm to the famous garden of Konoha " Good grief I might as well see if someone is around" She thought yawning once again entering the garden.

A small yet chilling wind blow against her body which made her start to shiver " Stuipd wind and I just had to come out tonight..." She thought with a long deep sigh which made almost anyone around her looking over. Coming upon the fountain she notice very little people had gather around to view at it. Though she did notice someone which made her roll her eyes " Great just what I need a freaking Hyuga" She thought deciding to speak with the Hyuga girl. " So what are you doing up. Isn't way passed your bedtime" She stated getting into usual stance.

[Hyuuga Hanabi]

Hanabi, while hearing a loud, bold voice, she simply looked down. "You were always so bold, Anko." As harsh as she sounded, she always looked up to Anko, and thats how she got to be this rank. "Tell me, Anko. I know that most jounin would be out in the evening, checking what has to be done, and what has to be caught. Your not like most jounin, for you remind me of Naruto-kun. You both are pretty alike, and in a way, that is fine. Now, you can talk to me. Just dont wake up the rest of Konoha."

A soft giggle came from Hanabi's voice, as her skirt became a little scrunched. She gracefully un-scrunched it, pushing the creases out, letting the soft, smooth surface in. "You wanted to know why I was here? By the sound of your voice, you'd probably want to just start a conversation, with a girl, who's minding her own business."

Hanabi smiled, looking at Anko's face. She could tell that she didnt like her, so Hanabi just smiled it off, moving from the clear waters of the fountain, to the forest. "Oh, and I'm doing quite good, if oyu wanted to know that instead of why I was out." A loud echo came from the forest, with a smile of play. I mean, its not everyday a Hyuuga and a Jounin talk, so why not enjoy it?

[Mitarashi Anko]

Anko only smirked when she heard Naruto's name being refered " So you know if that crazy kid" She said with a sigh. Just hearing him made her want to laugh remembering the day the two first saw each other. Oh well moving from that fact she continued to relpy to Hanabi's next comment " Well I'm sorry I just woke up and I was just wondering thats all" Anko stated.

With another sigh she lowered her hands and placed them in her pockets "Well thats good to hear and if you don't mind me asking how is your wonderful family doing anyways. I haven't really seen or heard about Neji or Hinata lately." She asked feeling curious.

Though remembering from a past converstation with Neji it was bad to speak about their family since they were still having trobles with the Main and Branch families. Rubbing her hair she glanced over at Hanabi " So do you support the most Hanabi. Neji or Hinata" She asked throwing out another random question.

[Hyuuga Hanabi]

Hanabi stopped prancing, looking at Anko far above in the trees. A thought rose up in her head. Why does she ask so many random questions? Oh well, at least she's starting a conversation. She doesnt have to ask personal questions though, for I feel a bit unconfortable now. Oh well, I guess. Hanabi itched her forehead, looking at Anko once more.

"Well, I am not sure exactly how Hinata-san and Neji-kun are doing. I mean, I pictured me and others working together, but I had to teach at the academy full time. I'm thinking of shortening the time, but those students are starting to respect me. I wish I'd have a bit of help, since I would think its much easier with another hand." Hanabi was confused, so with another glance at Anko, something made her angry.

"So do you support the most Hanabi. Hinata or neji."

That angered Hanabi, since it was apersonaql question. "If you already know that we are being troubled, why insist on asking such a stupid question? I mean, a jounin like yourself should be thinking of a clever, and funny saying at this time. I guess its my tuen, ey?"

[Mitarashi Anko]

Hearing that Anko lowered her head remembering the almost same words when she asked this question to Neji though that time she had almost gotten into a fight with him and had to leave. " Alright sorry" She said glance up at Hanabi. Though at that time she yawned once again as she felt the wind blow throughout the garden carring small sakura pedals.

" Alrighty then ask away Hanabi" She stated waiting for any question she had knowing that same would be personally which right now wouldn't bothering her. Though she hoped that she didn't bring up Orochimaru's name in any of the questions.

[Uzumaki Naruto]

Naruto walked out of the Hokage tower, the light breeze ruffling his long golden hair. He had just returned from yet another S-Ranked mission where he had to scout through the Earth country to confirm that Sasuke had joined Iwagakure no Sato. The mission went from bad to worse as Naruto discovered that Sasuke was not only a Iwa nin now, but also the next Tsuchikage of the Stone. He then had to fight his way out of the village, as Naruto was never good at stealth and was quickly discovered. However, the jounin there were no match for Naruto's skill. Naruto just finished giving the mission report to Tsunade-baa-chan, and was heading down the Hokage street in the direction of Ichiraku's Ramen.

It was hot out tonight, so he undid the zipper of his orange and black jacket allowing his Hokage necklace and white t-shirt to be seen. He loved the Hokage necklace given to him by Tsunade-baa-chan because it always reminded him of how he would one day become Hokage. He stared at it for a minute before moving on. It was then he noticed the cherry blossoms floating in the air. Because of their name, they always reminded him of Sakura. His gaze the shifted to an area where he saw two kunoichi talking. He instantly recognized them as Mitarashi Anko and Hyuuga Hanabi. Naruto didn't really know Hanabi that well, he'd only talked to her a few times before. However, he knew Anko very well, and that woman always freaked him out. He still remembered what she did the second round of the chuunin exams.

Naruto overheard them talking and he could hear something close to hatred in Anko's voice. But then again, it was no secret that Anko had a general dislike for the Hyuuga clan. Most people did. Naruto didn't mind the Hyuuga clan, it was just people like Neji that pissed him off. But Naruto was fine with Neji now, after he beat some sense into him during the chuunin exam finals. Naruto gave a suspicious look towards Anko before walking up to them. He simply did not trust the female jounin. "HEEEYY!!! Anko! Hanabi-chan!! Hows it goin!?"

[Mitarashi Anko]

Hearing that voice made Anko smirked she turned her head glancing at Naruto " Well if isn't the crazy kid himself. Hiya Naruto. " Anko said licking her lips just as Orochimaru would do though she was pretty use to it now. Having Naruto here would make this conversation very interesting though she would have to watch what she said since Hanabi was still around listening.

"So how was the mission. Find Sasuke" Anko asked wondering if Sasuke was really going to be part of Iwa. Anko wasn't so interesting in Sasuke either he was to much like his older brother Itachi now that he too left the village. Anko starting to feel tired almost wanted to return to her bes she decided to stick around to see what these conversation would bring.

[Hyuuga Hanabi]

Oh no. Anko and Naruto, here together.... How could things get any worse? A state of shock rose in Hanabi, but she shrugged it off. Like Hinata, Hanabi didnt mind having Naruto there to talk to. "Naruto. You have been on a mission to find Sasuke, ey? Hows that been going?"

Hanabi was deeply depressed, for she knew that she'd be a good helper. The Hokage herself dint inform her about it, so Hanabi figured they thought she was to weak. Boy, does this suck or what. Its not like he'd be able to take Sasuke on his own. Even though I'm a chunnin, I'd be a big help.... Her frown became bigger and bigger, but she shrugged it off once more and smiled.

"Talking to a Hyuuga like that isnt appropriate! I'm just kidding. Its good to actually talk to you again. With all the chanting that Hina-I mean a friend made, it'd made me have an interest!" Hanabi was embarrassed, for she didnt want her sister to look love crazy. Sure, she didnt like her much, but she was her sister, and that was the right thing to do. Gosh.... I better not screw another thing up!

Hanabi then walked up to Naruto, only moving her lips, hoping he'd understand what she's saying. She was lipping, "Naruto, lets play a game of hide and seek with Anko. It'd be fun..." As funny as it was, Hanabi remained there, not showing any feeling as she stood besides Naruto. "I'm going to leave you two, "love birds alone."

She then took a leap, dissapearing into the trees.
