Personality:
Is a strong woman who won't be anyone's little guinea pig to run tests on. She rather die free then be a slave. She is a bit sadastic, but nothing like Orochimaru. She is fierce in the way she fights Orochimaru and fearless when she is willing to kill herself just to kill Orochimaru. She is quick witted, but as a fun side too. She pulls off some doofish actions. She isn't very intelligent when it comes to certain things, she shares Naruto's personality the most. One thing that Anko likes is to eat her favorite foods which are Dumplings,sweet bean soup and dango. Her lesat favorite foods are anything that is spicey foods. Some others things that Anko are to perform te ceremonies and saying the word "Arriving". When on the field of battle Ankoe handles things with ease and looks at all her opinions that are avaiable to her. Sometime then she fightning she tends to jump in and fight but sometimes when things are going dangerous she tries her best to aviod heavy fightning.

The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master chakra focusing. Users of this technique project several snakes from their wrist as they make a punching motion towards their intended object. The snakes often bite and wrap around the given target, potentially inflicting multiple wounds and are even capable of poisoning the victim as well. This technique is possibly tied to a similar Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) that involves venomous snakes.

The user needs to have a substantial amount of chakra for multiple jets or long distances.

A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended targed ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.

Hebi Rendan (Serpent Combo)
Anko must have atleast two Kage Bunshins to perform the combo. Anko performs Konoha Senpu to kick the opponent into the air. Once in the opponent is in the air she performs Seneijashu using the snakes that attach themselves to the opponent. Yanking the opponent down she slams them into the ground where upon impact the Kage Bunshins quickly dash forward they pick up the opponent if he/she isn't already standing, put two exploding tags on the person usually on the torso, spin around to the opponent into the air once again, and to finish it off Anko uses Jibaku Fuda: Kassei to detonate the tags.
History:
Anko's childhood was very enjoyable she had many friends and had a good time. Though she many thought of her as childish and very hyperactive due to fact that she basically run around messing up the town. When Anko though about joining the ninja academy many thought that she just fail and not never pass. Though she proved to everyone when she passed on becoming a genin at the age of 8. Many were inpressed with her skilled soon she was assigned to trained with one of the legendary Saninn Ororchimaru.
When Anko was a Genin she was under the tutelage of the Sannin Orochimaru. While under his care, Orochimaru trained Anko in many forbidden jutsu. Orochimaru did not hold any compassion for Anko, merely using her for his own ends. On one trip to the Sea Country, Orochimaru chose Anko for his latest experiment. She and nine others were to wear his cursed seal. Only Anko survived being marked with the Heaven Seal. She rejected Orochimaru's plans for her so she was left behind by her sensei. She was found shortly afterwards by ANBU. She returned to Konoha and had the mark sealed away by Medical ninja under the watch of Sandaime Hokage. She would begin to repress many of her memories of this time as a coping mechanism. She then began her new life without Orochimaru's mentorship, though she would still continue to use many of the kinjutsu she had learned while studying under him. In the coming months she would continue to develop her skills and eventually pass the Chuunin Exam.
As the years passed Anko further advanced in rank and was appointed to the position of Special Jounin. She would use her wit and skills as a proctor when Konoha held the Chuunin Exam. It was during this time she learned the horrible truth about a mysterious Grass Genin murder, her mentor had returned and was participating in the Exam. Anko rushed to confront him and planned to use a suicidal jutsu in the desperate hope she could take her former sensei down with her. Orochimaru shrugged off her attacks though and let her know he was focusing on a new project, Uchiha Sasuke. Orochimaru left and Anko rushed back to let everyone know what she had learned.
A few weeks later she would talk over the recent events with the Third Hokage. He told her not to blame herself for Orochimaru getting away and she tried to accept that. She then expressed her wish that the Fourth Hokage was alive, so that he could take care of the evil man. When Orochimaru formally began his invasion of Leaf, Anko would not take the front lines against her mentor, instead she would help ensure Leaf's citizens made it out of harms way. Months later she would be offered a chance to investigate strange happenings in the Sea Country. It gave Anko the chance to revisit her past and come to terms with her sordid history with Orochimaru. Though she didn't confront Orochimaru directly, she helped stop his minions from causing any further problems for the island nation. She also finally regained her memory and remembered with happiness that she had rejected Orochimaru, and had the will to stand up for herself.
Serval years after that event Anko who still is a Speical Jounin contiunes to help exam the Chuunin exams. She sometimese wonders what happened if she went after her old sensei though she tends not to think about him that much. When she heard the rumors of war she wondered why Sound would try to attack them once more. If the two ever went to again Anko would this time help and would sarfices her life even if she had to fight her sensei.

Her eyes were wide as she looked like a cat ready to pounce on its unsuspecting prey. Her tongue licked the corner of her mouth as her fingers tightened on the windowsill. Her beige cloat flapped silently in the low breeze that was running through Konohagakure at the moment. People boggled at her, but she didn't mine something more important was going on. Looking in the window of the restaurant her eyes only saw the sweet bean soup, dumplings, and her all time favorite food...dango! Her mouth watered as she stood outside looking in the window as people stared at her. She wondered if this was how fish felt in their tanks. Closing her eyes slowly and sighing in frustration Anko walked away from the window. Tiltinger her head back she looked up at the sky, her soft brown eyes seeking the sky. Her feet came to a stop as her body just stood in the middle of the path staring up at the sky. People on each side continued as if oblivious to her presence. A moment or two she stayed in that position then her a tear ran down her cheek. Snapping her eyes shut she brought her right arm up and slammed it down onto a stand selling cheap merchandise. Her fist broke the stand in two causing the owner to flee and everyone else to quick their pace.
"W-Why must I be on a mission when delicious dumplings, sweet bean soup, and dango are waiting for me back there?! I hate this!" she whined before walking off. Her mouth upturned slightly and it was obvious she was pouting.[/center]
