The actual sword however, is very strong. It was made so that chakra could be transferred throughout the weapon, making you able to induce chakra into the blade to strike through weapons that might battle against it.

An exploding note is a rather common shinobi tool. What the note is, is a small piece of paper that has writing upon its surface that will cause the note to explode. The notes are usually attached in some manner, such as plastered to a tree, or wrapped around a kunai, and thrown, or left hidden. What it allows for is a person to plant the note and then make it a safe distance away. Used mainly for distractions, it can also be used to injure. Sasuke's style though is more stronger, the kanji on the note is of red ink, and the blasts are able to kill those who are caught in it's blast, rather than harm them or distract. These are standard Kage-issued exploding notes.
Sasuke's appearance changes through a multitude of times during his living stay. So I will start from the beginning. When the Uchiha was young, he wore nothing. This wasn't because he has a nudist streak running through his veins or anything like that..he...he just was a baby. And babies don't tend to wear clothes, especially the day they were born.
With all sillyness aside, I will begin with where it shall be noted.
Sasuke's early stages of life were casual. He was but one of the many members of a powerful clan in Hi no Kuni. Still he was young, and wasn't burdoned with the challenges that older people face. Or at least, he wasn't aware that he was. Because of this he only wore a blank t-shirt, and some shorts. Flexible shorts, that he could play around in and get the whole feel of being alive in. For such a young pup, he was very active.
Though, as he aged, he began to see things in his brother's perspective. Once he entered the shinobi academy, Sasuke started wearing proper attire for his journey through knowledge. He consisted on wearing a black shirt, loose around the neck. The loose feeling was to give comfort, and stretchability. Also, his brother told him that he would be able to learn properly if his neck was loose, as though the shirt was a brain relaxent. Sasuke's family had a weird way of thinking, but maybe that is why they were so popularly known.
As Sasuke continued to grow, he experienced things that changed his whole outlook on life. As an attitude change, he also had a change of appearance. His black shirt enlarged, and changed it's color into that of a blue one. It wasn't the same shirt, but they were very similar. They were made out of the same material, and they both were loose around the neck. However, this shirt greatly differs from the one he used to wear. He now bears the Uchiha clan symbol on the back of his shirt. Aside from the shirt, the shorts he used to wear have also been reborn, into a larger version. They have the same look and feel as the smaller, miniature shorts did, but instead, Sasuke now had two more add-ons.
On his right thigh, was a strapped compartment. That was his shuriken holster, that he used to carry his various ninja tools in. And on the back belt loop of his shorts, was his personal bag. Each shinobi had one, that they would use to carry misc. items in, as well as other shinobi weapons that wouldn't fit in his shuriken holster. Sasuke also now sported a leaf headband. Seeing as how he passed his genin graduation test, being the top student of his class. Sasuke kept this look throughout his young studies, until he reached the last stage of the Chunin Exams.
Seeing as how he trained in only certain categories, Sasuke decided to have a change of appearance. Using his fighing style, this look was to better help him, not slowing him down or anything like that, giving him the speed he needed and gained from his one month training. Sasuke's change was a mighty one, however. Just for that one fight, Sasuke's clothes changed into that of a suit. A completely black suit, spandex of course. His hair also grew longer as a result of him not cutting it. The black made no sense, especially in Hi no Kuni's sun arrangements. He would just attract heat, and get tired faster. But, anywho.
The suit was a little small. It stopped at his thighs and biceps. From there on, his thighs were covered by bandages. And his elbow and the few inches of flesh that connected them, had braces on them. The reason was not clear. Also, only his left arm was covered in bandages, down to his fist. The reason wasn't sure. Maybe it was to better support the use of his new technique, Chidori. But yes, Sasuke still wears the Uchiha clan symbol on the back of his shirt on the suit, and his headband, with the blue cotton material, is still on his forehead. Though, his hair is too long. It's position, with the bangs hanging under his jaws, is very 'girl-looking'. He just hasn't had the time to cut it, though, seeing as how the Sandaime just died.
However, after a short time, he changed his hair once more, so that it fit with his outfit change, after getting out of the hospital. He held his sheath for his Kusanagi blade on the back of his pants, and his black shinobi boots extended far to fit his feet, with the metal protection plate on the back of them.
Personality-wise, Sasuke is calm and collected, with a deep respect for his opponents. He usually doesn't underestimate his opponents, no matter who he's dealing with. He has learned this trait from his sensei, Kakashi Hatake. Though, Sasuke can get pretty thingyy sometimes, and will be overwhelmed with his own abilities. This sometimes leads him to being power-ridden, and he will forget about his opponent's abilities to focus on his own. This is rare, however. Outwardly arrogant and playfully manipulative, Sasuke is intelligent and almost always one step ahead of his opponents.
On the outside, Sasuke just looks like a cool kid who doesn't care about anything. But Sasuke takes most of his strength, into surpressing his feelings. He really is just a crying kid, who's looking for their stolen candy. But in this way, the stolen candy is his family's life. The theft would be his older brother, Itachi, who he once looked up to. Sasuke's true goal is to gain enough strength, to defeat his brother, and restore order to his clan. Sasuke's personality can be refered to as a 'cool bastard'
Sasuke's feelings towards his friends resemble that of his feelings for his family. Both Naruto Uzumaki, and Sakura Haruno mean the world to Sasuke. He will even give his own life, to make sure that they continue to survive. To do this means he will get rid of all of his goals, and think unselfishly to make sure they don't die. He feels the same way towards his sensei, Kakashi Hatake. Though, his sensei is on a much higher level than he himself is on, and he actually looks to him for protection, not the other way around. Whenever Sasuke feels that the time is right, he does what he needs to do. No thinking about the past experiences, because he focuses on the future, and he continues to do so.
Sasuke is no pervert. In fact, he would rather stay single. He usually ignores many advances made towards him by the kunoichi in Konohagakure no Sato. Many shinobi think he is gay, for the way he acts towards Naruto, and not towards Sakura. He fights with Naruto most of the time, while Sakura tries to keep them both in line. Despite this suspicion, Sasuke is not gay. He actually is attracted to Sakura, but feels that getting into relationships would just increase his feelings, to where someone can just come and cut straight through them, as his brother did. For that fact, Sasuke has made it so that he doesn't get into relationships, despite how he feels. He may even show his support towards a kunoichi, but will not engage them in any romantic way.

The Sharingan is a special type of pupil condition that naturally occurs in all members of the Uchiha clan, though not all of them gain the ability to use it. Itachi hints at some dark ultimate purpose behind the Sharingan, which both he and Sasuke apparently know, but the series has yet to reveal exactly what that purpose is.
The Sharingan's first and most well known ability is to memorize any technique that it witnesses. It can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own. In order to reproduce copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as hard as Lee has. In addition to physical skill, the Sharingan cannot allow the user to reproduce other kekkei genkai since the Sharingan user doesn't possess the same genetic trait. Additionally, Sharingan users cannot summon a creature which they have not made a contract with.
The Sharingan also grants the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The ability to track and predict movement is largely based on individual skill, as unskilled users have much more trouble tracking fast-moving objects. A fully-evolved Sharingan eye can track all but the quickest opponents, even if the user can't move at the same speed. This perception is also great enough to see through genjutsu, depending upon the skill of the user, and the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Sharingan grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty. In one instance, Kakashi had to shut his eyes to avoid accidentally reading Naruto's lip movements while he was spoiling the ending of one of Kakashi's Icha Icha books. Sasuke is also able to reproduce answers on another person's test by watching their pencil movements during the Chunin Exam.
Finally, the Sharingan is capable of a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes, even before they do, making it appear as if the user can see the future.
The Sharingan does not automatically appear from birth in a user; instead, it will usually appear when the user is in a life-threatening situation, where the power of the Sharingan could save the user. After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Sharingan any time he or she pleases.
The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, known as the "tomoe seal". It is not unheard of for a Sharingan user to have different amounts of tomoe in each eye. For example, Sasuke's Sharingan initially had two tomoe in one eye and one in the other. Upon his first regular activation of it, it had evolved to two tomoe in each eye. He evolved it to three in each eye during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End. A fully-matured Sharingan has three tomoe in each eye.

Description: The user is able to transform their appearance to that of something different. Though, they aren't able to make the new appearance too large, or too small. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the shinobi academy.

Description: A basic jutsu taught at the shinobi academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Replacement Technique]
Description: A basic jutsu, which allows the ninja to momentarilly switch their position, with an object in the immediate area, not too far away. Allowing them to escape dangerous attacks. Handseals are required to perform this jutsu, for Genin. Chunin and higher have an option of using handseals to activate the jutsu, or not.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Description: This technique creates illusionary clones of the user. The clones dissipate when they come into contact with an object.
Name: Kakuremino no Jutsu [Cloak of Invisibility Technique]
Description: The user takes a piece of cloth, and sends a flow of chakra through the material. The material then vanishes, allowing anything under the material to blend in with it's environment. Moving objects distrupt the genjutsu effects, and throw off the illusion.
Name: Kinobori no Waza [Act of Tree Climbing]
Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra, and it also teaches them how to run up trees and walk up walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will be able to have any jutsu available to him (theoretically) because she can focus chakra as needed. Next the chakra released must be properly controlled.
Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Grand Fireball Technique]
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Name: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Dragon Fire Technique]
Description: Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
Name: Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi [Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack]
Description: Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu [Shadow Shuriken Technique]
Description: The user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown.

Description: The user collects a great amount of chakra into his hand until it becomes clearly visible. This somewhat electrical chakra is so concentrated that it can cut through nearly everything. It's often used in a high speed charge where the user thrusts the chakra into their opponents body. The weakness is that such an attack is clearly predictable and the user is wide open for counter attacks.

Description: A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds developed by Sasuke during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows Sasuke to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing Sasuke to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through his Kusanagi sword, increasing its overall strength and cutting power.

Description: Multiple balls of fire are sent at the target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.
Name: Shishi Rendan [Lions Barrage]
Description: Sasuke gets to the point where he does Shadow of the Dancing Leaf to get behind an airborne opponent. He starts with a kick to the left side of his opponent. From there he does a backhand strike to the face, one straight punch to the gut to send the opponent towards the ground and finishes with a spinning kick that lands his left heel on the center of the opponent just as they both hit the ground. Sasuke tends to use different moves each time he does this technique. Because Sasuke doesn't know how to open his chakra gates, this technique puts much more strain on him than it does on Lee. Additionally, his finish is nowhere near as devastating, though still quite effective, giving his version a lower rank.

Description: While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack.

Description: Using quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon the opponent is wielding.
Name: Shikumi no Jutsu [Killing Intention]
Description: This genjutsu paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and will no doubt suffer severe mental stress. This genjutsu can be utilized by visional contact.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.

It can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own. In order to reproduce copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as hard as Lee has. In addition to physical skill, the Sharingan cannot allow the user to reproduce other kekkei genkai since the Sharingan user doesn't possess the same genetic trait. Additionally, Sharingan users cannot summon a creature which they have not made a contract with.
The Sharingan also grants the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The ability to track and predict movement is largely based on individual skill, as unskilled users have much more trouble tracking fast-moving objects. A fully-evolved Sharingan eye can track all but the quickest opponents, even if the user can't move at the same speed. This perception is also great enough to see through genjutsu, depending upon the skill of the user, and the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Sharingan grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty. In one instance, Kakashi had to shut his eyes to avoid accidentally reading Naruto's lip movements while he was spoiling the ending of one of Kakashi's Icha Icha books. Sasuke is also able to reproduce answers on another person's test by watching their pencil movements during the Chunin Exam.
Finally, the Sharingan is capable of a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes, even before they do, making it appear as if the user can see the future.
The Sharingan does not automatically appear from birth in a user; instead, it will usually appear when the user is in a life-threatening situation, where the power of the Sharingan could save the user. After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Sharingan any time he or she pleases.
The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, known as the "tomoe seal". It is not unheard of for a Sharingan user to have different amounts of tomoe in each eye. For example, Sasuke's Sharingan initially had two tomoe in one eye and one in the other. Upon his first regular activation of it, it had evolved to two tomoe in each eye. He evolved it to three in each eye during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End. A fully-matured Sharingan has three tomoe in each eye.
Jutsu
Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]
Description: The user is able to transform their appearance to that of something different. Though, they aren't able to make the new appearance too large, or too small. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the shinobi academy.
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu [Rope Escape Technique]
Description: A basic jutsu taught at the shinobi academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Replacement Technique]
Description: A basic jutsu, which allows the ninja to momentarilly switch their position, with an object in the immediate area, not too far away. Allowing them to escape dangerous attacks. Handseals are required to perform this jutsu, for Genin. Chunin and higher have an option of using handseals to activate the jutsu, or not.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Description: This technique creates illusionary clones of the user. The clones dissipate when they come into contact with an object.
Name: Kakuremino no Jutsu [Cloak of Invisibility Technique]
Description: The user takes a piece of cloth, and sends a flow of chakra through the material. The material then vanishes, allowing anything under the material to blend in with it's environment. Moving objects distrupt the genjutsu effects, and throw off the illusion.
Name: Kinobori no Waza [Act of Tree Climbing]
Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra, and it also teaches them how to run up trees and walk up walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will be able to have any jutsu available to him (theoretically) because she can focus chakra as needed. Next the chakra released must be properly controlled.
Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Grand Fireball Technique]
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Name: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Dragon Fire Technique]
Description: Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
Name: Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi [Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack]
Description: Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu [Shadow Shuriken Technique]
Description: The user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown.
Name: Chidori [One Thousand Birds]
Description: The user collects a great amount of chakra into his hand until it becomes clearly visible. This somewhat electrical chakra is so concentrated that it can cut through nearly everything. It's often used in a high speed charge where the user thrusts the chakra into their opponents body. The weakness is that such an attack is clearly predictable and the user is wide open for counter attacks.
Name: Chidori Nagashi [One Thousand Birds Current]
Description: A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds developed by Sasuke during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows Sasuke to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing Sasuke to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through his Kusanagi sword, increasing its overall strength and cutting power.
Name: Hôsenka no Jutsu [Phoenix Immortal Technique]
Description: Multiple balls of fire are sent at the target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.
Name: Shishi Rendan [Lions Barrage]
Description: Sasuke gets to the point where he does Shadow of the Dancing Leaf to get behind an airborne opponent. He starts with a kick to the left side of his opponent. From there he does a backhand strike to the face, one straight punch to the gut to send the opponent towards the ground and finishes with a spinning kick that lands his left heel on the center of the opponent just as they both hit the ground. Sasuke tends to use different moves each time he does this technique. Because Sasuke doesn't know how to open his chakra gates, this technique puts much more strain on him than it does on Lee. Additionally, his finish is nowhere near as devastating, though still quite effective, giving his version a lower rank.
Name: Kage Buyō [Shadow of the Dancing Leaf]
Description: While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack.
Name: Konoha Shōfū [Leaf Rising Wind]
Description: Using quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon the opponent is wielding.
Name: Shikumi no Jutsu [Killing Intention]
Description: This genjutsu paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and will no doubt suffer severe mental stress. This genjutsu can be utilized by visional contact.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu [Temporary Paralysis Technique]
Description: This jutsu paralyzes an opponent, leaving them open for attack. The jutsu can be broken if the target's will or strength overpowers the user.
Name: Sen'eijashu [Hidden Shadow Snake Hand]
Description: This jutsu allows the user to project a number of snakes from their wrist or sleeve as they make a punching motion towards their intended target. The snakes can be used to inflict multiple wounds at a distance or hold a target in place. The snakes are even capable of poisoning the victim.
Name: Sen'eitajashu [Hidden Shadow Many Snakes Hand]
Description: This jutsu is similar to the Hidden Shadow Snake Hand, but with far more snakes. In addition, these snakes can stretch to much greater lengths.
