Personality:While most of the members are dedicated and serious, though somewhat argumentative or even hostile toward each other when not fighting, Tobi is more carefree and goofy, much like Naruto. His personality does not please Deidara, who believes that all Akatsuki members should be serious and calm. Tobi unintentionally irritates Deidara frequently, which usually results in Deidara attacking Tobi in a comedic fashion.

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique:
Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.
Karyuu Endan - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile:
Katon • Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.
Ryuuka no Jutsu:
Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique:
Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.
History:Obito Uchiha was a Chunin-level ninja featured in the Kakashi Gaiden chapters of the Naruto manga. He was part of the three-man team under the Fourth Hokage, the others being Kakashi Hatake and Rin. Obito wanted to prove his strength to Kakashi Hatake, who was his teammate and his biggest rival. Obito also had a crush on his other teammate, Rin.
During a mission to sabotage a supply bridge, Rin was kidnapped by enemy ninja. Kakashi insisted on continuing with the mission, confident that the enemy would keep her alive for a reasonably long period of time. Obito refused and decided to rescue Rin, claiming that Kakashi's late father, Sakumo Hatake, had made the right decision in rescuing his friends at the expense of his mission. Kakashi, after realizing what was important, assisted Obito in the rescue. During the rescue Obito finally proved his strength to Kakashi by activating the Uchiha clan's special kekkei genkai, the Sharingan. When all seemed to be going well the Iwagakure shinobi Kakko used Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction in an attempt to bury the group in rubble. The attack would've crushed Kakashi, but Obito sacrificed himself to save Kakashi, crushing his right side completely. Obito, knowing that he was going to die, offered his Sharingan to Kakashi, so he could defeat the rock ninja and save Rin. Rin, a medical ninja, implanted Obito's left eye into Kakashi's left eye socket. Thus Sharingan Kakashi was born. Before Obito died his last thoughts were on both Kakashi and Rin. He wished that he could have spent more time with them. Obito has his name inscribed on the monument for ninja who are killed in battle. It is for Obito that Kakashi visits this monument every day, consequently making him consistently late for meetings, which has been passed on from Obito as well.
Obito was the person who gave Kakashi his signature chronic tardiness and pioneered Kakashi's now famous line, "In the ninja world, those who don't follow the rules are considered trash, but those who don't protect their comrades are worse than trash."
How Obito survived when he was crushed under the rocks was that he didn't die his body was mangled and badly damaged from the large rocks crushing down he was found by someone who had the power to preserve a body and repair it but the only way he could use his body again was to wear a strange suit of armor that seemed to hold his body together and keep him from falling apart
Now Obito decided to change is name since of course he was considered dead so he changed it to Tobi and it wasn't long until he heard of what happened to Sasori of the organization of Akatsuki and when he did he rushed over quickly getting the ring from Sasori's body until Zetsu showed up Tobi thought that if he had the ring he could join Akatsuki but one half of Zetsu disagreed while the other called him a good boy so Zetsu had made him his subordinate
Tobi, formerly Zetsu's subordinate, became a full Akatsuki member after Sasori's death. He now wears the same ring as Sasori, having recovered it after Sasori's death, and took his place as Deidara's partner. Unlike the majority of ninja thus far, Tobi has not been shown wearing a visible forehead protector, so his place of origin is unknown. He wears an odd mask that covers his entire face save for his right eye.
Tobi's area of expertise remains unclear, as he has never been shown fighting. He and Deidara have recently defeated the three-tailed beast, but Tobi is never shown doing anything but running from it. After the battle, which goes largely unwitnessed, Tobi claims to have knocked it out with a single attack. Deidara disagrees with the assessment, claiming that it was his "artistic contribution" (exploding clay) that allowed them to win.
Tobi has a very formal and correct manner of speech. While his physical appearance remains a mystery, Zetsu has implied that he is relatively young when one side of him referred to Tobi as a "good boy". He respects Deidara, referring to him as Deidara-senpai. Tobi's personality is rather odd in comparison with other Akatsuki members.

Tobi asked as Zetu stared to talk to himself and at Tobi "idiot it is not that simple" Zetsu said as his other side started to talk "we could let him in Tobi is a good kid" the other side of Zetsu said as Tobi missed catching the ring "whoops" Tobi said as a anime sweat drop appered on his head Tobi quickly got up and started to chase the ring down trying to get it and once he got it back he was right infront of Zetsu "fight you must prove yourself worthy help me find Deidara" Zetsu said as they went off to a grassy area and Tobi spotted something when he got close it was a hand with a mouth on it and Tobi grabbed a stick and slowly started to poke it "looks like Deidara blew himself up I wonder if there are any other parts of him laying around here" Tobi said chuckling a little at what he said and he picked up the arm looking at it "hey place that down" a voice said from behind a rock and out from the rock slowly emerged Deidara who was panting "Deidara" Tobi said as he threw his hands up accidentally throwing Deidara's arm into the sky and Tobi chased after it "hey thats mine!" Deidara yelled as he chased to get his arm and Tobi grabbed it slamming into Deidara and knocking each other to the ground "I got it" Tobi said chuckling as he got up "give that to me" Deidara said agitated now and Tobi just handed It over "looks like I might be your new partner Deidara-senpai" Tobi said possibly smiling underneath his mask this partnership wont probably be good.....
